Earning and keeping points
Each cup recorded as a completed purchase earns 1 point. Points belong to the customer's membership account and expire 365 days after they are earned. Points from cancelled and refunded purchases are reversed.
Redeeming points and using coupons
Point requirements depend on the selected reward. The application displays the required points, redemption period and coupon conditions before confirmation. Customers must verify their email address by OTP before point redemption, coupon use or purchases and reward redemptions. Points and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
Changed or reassigned phone numbers
Phone numbers verify account access; points remain associated with the original Member ID. Reassignment of a phone number does not transfer existing points to its new holder. Account recovery requires verification of the new phone number by SMS OTP and the previously verified email address. Customers unable to access that email may Contact support
