Customers can check order status in the app order history. SMS updates cover order acceptance, collection by delivery personnel and completed delivery.

PromptPay payments are refunded by bank transfer to the customer account. Customers must provide the account name, account number and bank through the app. Sixty Sip transfers the refund within 24 hours after approval and receipt of complete, correct details. Prepare details of the product issue

Customers should report product issues promptly, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, with the order number and supporting photographs. Later reports remain subject to review based on the facts and applicable customer rights.

Verify account ownership before recovery

Recovery requires SMS OTP verification of the new phone number and email OTP verification through the previously verified email address. Points remain with the original member account. Customers unable to access that email must contact support for ownership verification. Phone verification alone does not transfer points.
