SIXTY SIP SELLER Chat Terms
Revision seller-chat-20261023-v1 | Effective 23 October 2026
Scope and prohibited content
Chat supports sales and service communication between authorized company sellers and customers. Sellers must accept these terms before sending messages. Harassment, threats, hate, fraud, spam, sexual content, child sexual abuse or exploitation, illegal content and unauthorized personal-data disclosure are prohibited. Do not send passwords or unnecessary financial details.
Report and block
Select Safety (ความปลอดภัย) in the conversation to report or block a user. Long-press a customer message to report it. Choose a reason and optionally add details. A report number confirms receipt; retry if the network fails. Blocking prevents new messages in both directions for that pair, including new rooms, while preserving prior history. Unblock through the same menu. Unblocking does not override a moderator restriction.
Moderation
Authorized moderators review the report queue and evidence. They can hide a violating message, restrict customer chat, or dismiss a report without established violation. Actions record the moderator, timestamp and reason. Imminent harm or child exploitation requires priority assessment and handling under applicable law. The reporting system does not expose the reporter identity to the reported user. Hiding a message does not delete every evidence copy.
Contact and appeal
Email support@sixtysip.com with the report number for questions or appeal; never send your password. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger. Read the Seller privacy policy.
